Final Details Coordination
This package is perfect for the couple who has managed to plan their entire event, but is becoming overwhelmed as the big day gets closer. You can confidently "pass the baton" to us and we will ensure all the final details are taken care of! We will begin working with you approximately 6-8 weeks before your event.
• Unlimited communication via email and phone with our team
• Vendor referrals for those not yet secured
• Planning timeline and "must accomplish" list
• Up to 4 comprehensive planning meetings (in person or via BrideLive) in which we will discuss budget adjustments, final vendor selections, décor, conduct final walk through of site if necessary, etc.
• We will offer creative ideas for any special last minute touches you wish to incorporate into your wedding. We will then ensure your vision has a cohesive feeling and that no design detail has been overlooked.
• Final review of all vendor contracts and ongoing communication with vendors and management of their services
• Full Wedding Day Coordination including customized day of timeline and rehearsal coordination
Partial Planning and Consulting-Design Focus
We will mix together every detail of your inspiration & vision with our unique design concepts, blending the two together with originality and flair, to produce a customized décor plan. Designed for couples that love to plan, yet have a "sweet tooth" for innovative, inspired design concepts that will leave a lasting impression.
• By utilizing a thorough "analysis" process, we will develop a unique wedding design for you incorporating elements such as color, texture, dimension, theme, personality, etc. Design will allow for an aesthetic that reflects your style and ensures visual impact.
• As your guide, we will make suggestions for stationery, florals, linens, table settings, special entertainment, lighting, decorative touches, etc.
• We will recommend, and act as a liaison on your behalf, with our preferred design specialists so that your vision is accurately communicated and executed.
• Creation and reveal of your inspired table setting, displaying your florals, linens, chairs, tableware, lighting, stationery, favors, etc. Reveal is set as wedding date approaches. We want you to see and feel your design so that you have confidence in your choices!
• Coordinate the order process on any and all necessary event rentals
• Includes all services outlined in our "Final Details Coordination" package.
• Full wedding day coordination and management of wedding day install, set up, and delivery and return of all rentals
Full Service Wedding Design and Production
The Jenny Orsini Events team will guide you through the entire wedding planning experience: from design and décor conceptualization to full scale production, we will manage every intricate detail of your day! This is a comprehensive package designed for the couple seeking all the bells and whistles.*
The Logistics:
• Initial complimentary consultation
• Regular consultations and meetings via phone, email and in person
• Personalized planning itinerary
• Etiquette advisement
• Customized Budget creation and management
• Assistance with the selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
• Contract review and negotiation
• Scheduling of vendor appointments and accompany you to meetings when necessary
• Vendor Management: create and manage detailed timeline, production schedule, and itinerary of event for all vendors
• Personalized RSVP tracking, including follow up with non-responders
• Providing information to obtain marriage license and name change
• Guest list management: including assistance with seating charts, guest accommodations, out-of-town guest packages
• Ceremony planning
• Rehearsal coordination and instruction
• Assistance with finding a rehearsal dinner location
• Final vendor confirmations
• Full wedding day coordination including install, set up and breakdown if necessary

• Unlimited recommendations of vendors from our network of top rated event professionals and design specialists that will expertly execute the inspired vision of your event.
• Acquisition of essential design elements to complete your vision, including: Linens, lighting, rentals, stationery, and custom designed special touches.
• Assistance with selection of wedding attire and accessories (if needed)
• Design Reveal: You will see your inspiration in true form, with a full version of your table design incorporating all of your design elements, as your day approaches.
• Menu tasting and assistance with menu selections and details
• Final site(s) walk through
